Nathan Buckley has a heart-to-heart with his players

After losing five of their last six games, Nathan Buckley calls in his players for a heart-to-heart.

Nathan Buckley: Guys, I think you all know why I’ve called you here today.

Travis Cloke: Is it because of where I parked today?

Buckley: No….wait, where did you park?

Heritier Lumumba: Is it about Gaza?

Buckley: No. It’s about our form. We’ve lost focus and do you know whose responsibility it is to get our focus back?

Scott Pendlebury: It’s everyone’s responsibility, Coach.

Buckley: That’s right Scott.

Jamie Elliot: What, even Greg in accounting?

Dane Swan: We’re stuffed then, he once tried to handball me one of those foam footys in the office. It sailed over my head and knocked a fluro light out. It broke all over a work experience kid.

Steele Sidebottom: Geez, was the kid alright?

Swan: I think Eddie had to give him a job to stop the family suing. He’s our CFO now I think.

Brent Macaffer: We can’t rely on this Greg fella then.

Buckley: What are you all talking about? We’re not relying on Greg in accounting to get our season back on track.

Alex Fasolo: So we’re relying on everyone at the club but Greg? Do we need to tell him?

Sidebottom: That could break him. He’s a nice guy despite being pretty uncoordinated.

Buckley: No one is going to tell him. Scott means it’s every player’s responsibility to get us back on track.

Cloke: I’m not sure if that’s more comforting than relying on Greg in accounting.

Elliot: Well, I think if we back ourselves, excluding Greg, we can win the Premiership.

Macaffer: Shut up Jamie, the media can’t hear you in here.

Buckley: This meeting is over.

These past few weeks have made Ed & Derm's show compulsory viewing for anyone who doesn't barack for the Maggies, just to see what shade of red Derm can turn Ed by digging the knife in repeatedly, lol!

I reckon all the tattoo ink coursing through their veins is the real problem. Most of them have probably spent more on tatts than the average Magpie supporter collects from Centerlink every year.
