Channel Seven AFL Commentary Team: Adelaide Oval is Loud

The Channel Seven AFL commentary team is keen to impress upon everyone that the crowd noise at Adelaide Oval is really loud.

“In every game we commentate at Adelaide Oval, we will be making mention of this fact hundreds of times,” said Brian Taylor.

“I’ll probably also work it into several other games I commentate, wowee!”

Co-commentator Luke Darcy said he was keen to make the exact same point as Brian Taylor, repeatedly.

“I know Brian has already said this several times but the crowd at Adelaide Oval is really loud.”

“Such was the noise, I had to repeatedly ask people to ‘say that again.’

Cameron Ling also added that the crowd noise was really loud at ground level.

“I can’t hear BT or Darce, so they may have said this eight or nine times in the last few minutes, but it’s so loud down here that I can’t hear them.”

Matthew Richardson said his ears are still ringing from Saturday night’s game.

“Pardon? Sorry I can’t hear you properly because the crowd at Adelaide Oval is really loud,” shouted Richo.

Brian Taylor said he didn’t know what the name of the measure for noise was but he believed it was Celsius.

“It could be Fahrenheit or centimeters, I can never remember. It would be really high at Adelaide Oval though because it’s really loud there.”

Taylor was also keen to press home the point that it was ‘standing room only’ and people ‘were really enjoying having a few beers.’

Luke Darcy said Adelaide Oval got its name from being an oval located in Adelaide.

Darce also informed the stay at home audience, that Adelaide had built new stands all around the oval, except for the one end where they have left it open. Just fabulous insight.

Meanwhile, a game of football between the top 2 sides was going on - large parts of which weren't being called because the Channel 7 commentary team carries all with all is peripheral rubbish.
